Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made from Aqua UK Bangla, the trading name of AQUA UK BANGLA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15757641) with its registered office at 108 Lonsdale Avenue, London, E6 3JX. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Dartford, Kent. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your goods. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we cannot deliver to your address, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure card processor.

Made-to-order large tanks (120L and above)

Tanks of 120L and above are made to order and quoted individually, including palletised delivery. As they are made to your specification, the statutory cancellation right for bespoke goods may be limited once production has begun; this will be explained clearly in your quote before you commit.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to goods of satisfactory quality and your 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to return an item.

Liability

Glass aquariums must be placed on a flat, level surface rated for the filled weight (water weighs 1 kg per litre). We are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable stands or surfaces, improper installation, or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
