Delivery Policy

Standard delivery (tanks up to 100L)

Tanks from 10L to 100L are dispatched from our Dartford, Kent warehouse within 1–3 working days of your order, via Royal Mail or DPD in reinforced glass-safe packaging. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £10 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Large tanks (120L–500L)

Tanks of 120L and above are made to order and delivered on a pallet by a specialist courier. Palletised delivery is kerbside: the driver will place the pallet at the nearest safe, accessible point to your property. Delivery cost and lead time are confirmed in your individual quote before you order.

On arrival

Please unpack and inspect your tank as soon as it arrives. If there is any transit damage, tell us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and the packaging, and we will send a free replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Missed or failed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to rearrange; a further delivery charge may apply where the failure was not our fault.
